Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, or if there are quality issues or damage during shipping, we will provide a clear and convenient return and exchange service.

1. Eligible Return and Exchange Situations
You can apply for a return or exchange if any of the following conditions are met:

The product is damaged or obviously damaged during transportation;

The received product does not match the order details (incorrect model/color/quantity);

The product has manufacturing defects or quality issues that affect normal use;

For non-human-caused damage, the return or exchange application must be submitted within 365 days from the date of receipt.

⚠️ If you apply for a return or exchange due to personal reasons (such as dislike/wrong order), please ensure that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We will bear the shipping costs.

2. Return and Exchange Process
To protect your rights, please follow the process below:

Contact Customer Service: Submit an application via email or online customer service, explaining the reason for the return or exchange and providing relevant pictures (product issues, outer packaging, etc.).

Review and Confirmation: The after-sales team will complete the review within 5-7 business days and reply with processing opinions via email.

Returning Goods (if a return is required): Please return the goods to the provided return address and retain the logistics receipt.

Return Confirmation and Refund:

We will process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are in good condition;

The refund will be returned to your original payment account (the specific arrival time depends on the bank/payment platform).

If it is an exchange, we will send out the replacement goods as soon as possible after confirming receipt of the original goods and notify you of the new logistics information via email.

3. Shipping Costs
Returns/exchanges due to quality issues: We will bear all shipping costs;

Returns/exchanges due to personal reasons: We will bear the round-trip shipping costs;

4. Special Notes
Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 365 days from the date of receipt; requests submitted after this period will not be accepted;

To ensure safe transportation, please choose a trackable logistics method and properly pack the goods when returning them.
